Nate studied both business and industrial design in the Boston area, and worked in an advertising agency as a Media Planner for clients such as Four Season, Nextel and others, and later helped his uncle start an investment advisory company, as a Registered Investment Advisor.
His interest in sustainability, energy-efficiency and getting his hands dirty kept bringing him back to the inspiration for Eco Handyman: A team of highly skilled trades-people and technicians dedicated to upgrading the energy-efficiency, durability and usability of our homes. Homeowners deserve to have great service and skilled craftsmen, even on smaller jobs.
Nate completed the Home Performance with Energy Star program as part of Eric Doub’s team at Ecofutures Building in 2005, and has been pushing the envelope of Green Building: Durability, Energy Efficiency, and healthier materials in everyday repairs, small remodels, and energy makeovers, so we can reduce our overall impact both our checkbooks and the earth, while enjoying our home.
